Shop, Billing & Gift Cards

Payment goes through the dashboard's shop: add plans, add-ons or extra resources to the cart, apply a promo code, and pay by PayPal, Stripe (card), lava.top or cryptocurrency. Subscriptions and PDF invoices live under Billing, and cancelling an subscription suspends the server attached to it, so move your data out first. Gift codes of up to 32 characters are redeemed from the Giftcard page.

Shop

1. Add one or more products to your cart (plans, add-ons, extra resources — see Pricing & Plans).
2. Apply a promo code if you have one.
3. Check the summary: subtotal, discount, total.
4. Choose your payment method: PayPal, Stripe (card), lava.top, or cryptocurrencies.

Billing

• My Subscriptions — view your active subscriptions and cancel them if needed (careful: the associated server will be suspended).
• Invoices — download your invoices as PDF.

Gift cards & coupons

Redeem a gift code

1. Go to the Giftcard page.
2. Enter your code (32 characters max) then click Check: a preview of the reward type and its duration is shown.
3. If the reward is a resource boost, pick the target server.
4. Click Redeem to apply it to your account or server.

Possible reward types

Depending on the code: a free plan, a specific egg, a RAM/CPU/disk bonus, valid for a set duration. Discount coupons, on the other hand, apply directly to the cart (percentage or fixed amount, with a minimum purchase amount and an expiration date).

How an order goes through

Products are added to a cart, so a plan, an add-on and extra resources can be paid in one go. A promo code is applied before the summary, which then shows subtotal, discount and total. A GDPR consent and 14-day right-of-withdrawal waiver has to be ticked before any subscription — that waiver is what lets the server be provisioned immediately rather than after the withdrawal period.

Payment methods: PayPal, Stripe for cards, lava.top, cryptocurrencies, and payments in Russian rubles through Freekassa. The free plan requires none of them.

Subscriptions and invoices

Paid plans are monthly and auto-renewing until cancelled. Both live under Billing: My Subscriptions lists what is active and lets you cancel, Invoices gives you PDFs for accounting.

One consequence catches people out: cancelling suspends the server attached to the subscription at the end of the paid period. Move your data out first. After suspension the normal retention applies — 15 days for a server older than 7 days, recoverable from backups.waifly.com.

Gift cards and codes

A gift code is up to 32 characters. On the Giftcard page, entering it and clicking Check shows what it grants and for how long before you commit — if the reward is a resource boost you then pick which server receives it. Redeem applies it. A code is single-use and cannot be moved once applied to a server, so check the target before confirming.
