Create an account & sign in

A Waifly account is created at dash.waifly.com with a username of at least 4 alphanumeric characters and a password of at least 6, or in one click with Discord, Google or Apple. No payment method is requested for the free plan. The point that trips people up most: the dashboard account and the Pterodactyl panel account are independent, each with its own password, and changing one does not change the other.

Everything happens on dash.waifly.com, the Waifly customer area.

Sign up

Pick a username (minimum 4 alphanumeric characters).
Enter your email and a password (minimum 6 characters).
Tell us how you found Waifly (YouTube, Instagram, Discord, friend, other) — a purely statistical field.
Accept the terms of service (required).

You can also sign up directly with the Discord Login button.

There is no rewarded referral program: the "how did you find us" field is only used for marketing tracking.

Sign in

Several sign-in methods are available on the login page:

Email + password
Sign in with Discord
Sign in with Google
Sign in with Apple (a QR code lets you link a desktop → iPhone flow)

Useful links on this page: "Forgot password?", "Need help?", and a "reset cache" button that clears your browser's local cache in case of a display bug.

New-location verification

If a sign-in is detected from an unusual IP address or location, a 6-digit code is emailed to you to confirm it's really you ("Authorize this location").

🎉 Hidden bonus: after signing in via Discord or Google, there's a 1-in-100 chance of landing on a special "hacking" style screen. Taking a screenshot and sending it to support gets you, once per user, a free extra server.

Manage your account

From the dashboard's Account page, you can:

View/edit your username and email.
Turn email notifications on or off.
Check your Free plan status (Active/Inactive) and request reactivation if needed.
Choose the app icon (Default / Terminal).
Edit Account — change your credentials (current password required).
Reset Panel Password — resets the Pterodactyl panel password, which is independent from the dashboard password.
Delete Account — delete your account.

Changing your password directly on panel.waifly.com works normally, but it only changes the panel password (not the dashboard password) — and vice versa on the dashboard side. To change the panel password from the dashboard, use the dedicated Reset Panel Password button on dash.waifly.com/account.
