Good to know to avoid getting your server suspended or deleted.

One account per person. Recovering a duplicate account can incur a €1 manual verification fee.

Automatic suspension

A server's status is checked daily; it gets suspended after 3 days offline.
Server created less than 7 days ago: deleted after 3 days of suspension.
Older server: 15-day retention after suspension, recoverable via the backup system (backups.waifly.com).
An automated inspection runs every 30 minutes.

Security & privacy

Hosted code is automatically scanned (via AI) for security purposes, except for .env files.

The terms of service mention that some data (name, email, IP, location) may be shared with third-party technical providers, with possible transfers to the United States.

Unbanning

A manual unban incurs a fee of €1 (or the equivalent, about 83 RUB).

Good to know

An affiliate program exists, paying a 10% commission — not to be confused with the "how did you find us" field at signup, which does not grant any reward.
